On the rare occasion that we need to use a different carrier, you won’t be left wondering. We’ll send you an email confirming the name of the courier along with your tracking number, so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Processing time

Once your order is placed, our team gets to work right away. It typically takes 1 to 3 days to carefully prepare, pack and ship your shoes, making sure everything leaves our warehouse exactly as it should.
