How to return your order
Four simple steps.
- Email us within 14 daysSend an email to [email protected] with your order number, your name and the items you want to return.
- We confirm and send instructionsWe reply within 2 business days with the return address and the steps to follow.
- Pack your parcelPlace the shoes unworn in their original box, together with your order number. Ship it with a tracked service and keep the receipt.
- Get your refundOnce we have checked the product, we refund the amount to the same payment method you used.
Condition of the shoes
To accept your return, please check this list before sending the parcel.
- Unworn, with no signs of wear, dirt or odours. You may try them on indoors to check the size.
- In the original box, in good condition, with tags and accessories.
- With your order number inside the parcel.
- Packed inside an outer bag or box so the shoebox does not arrive damaged.
